Depending on the exact nature of the special request you make, we reserve the right to charge more than 10$ for fulfilling the request. We will get in contact with you if that is the case.

If there is any problem with your hat, let me know and I will try to assist in correcting it.  Returns of unworn hats are accepted, minus shipping.
