STEAMPUNK:

Steampunk is a subgenre of science fiction that incorporates retrofuturistic technology and aesthetics inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery.  Deiselpunk is similar, but incorporates the aesthetics of the diesel-based technology of the interwar period through to the 1950s.  I love steampunk because there is such freedom to create and to mix and match eras, colors and styles.

Note: Our steampunk hats are quite unique and no two are alike.    It will be impossible to exactly recreate any hat on this page due to the nature and difficulty in finding or handmaking fittings, but we may be able to get a similar aesthetic.  The bowler and top hats are costume hats so if you have a gifted head, fitting may be an issue.  Confer with me as I may be able to buy a real hat for use as a base.  The hard hats have their own harness and are fully adjustable.
